Terms and Conditions

YnP Store is an online store featuring nutritional supplements and more. This page covers general policies regarding cancellation, shipping, returns, and responsibility. Privacy policy is documented separately.

Cancellation
For regular orders, customer may cancel their order at any time before the products are shipped, and we will issue a full refund for any payment received. Please note that there may be a delay between shipment and status update.
For special order, customer may cancel order without incurring a penalty before we process and make order from suppliers, but may not cancel order after we process and make order from suppliers.

Your order may be cancelled if we could not fill the order within reasonable time, e.g. due to change in product availability. We will issue a full refund in such cases.
Shipping
Products are shipped within 3 (usually 1-2) business days after payment is cleared. International orders and special orders may take longer time.
We provide both standard shipping (delivers 3-6 business days after shipping) and expedited shipping (delivers 2-3 business days after shipping). The free shipping offer is limited to 48 US continental states and is limited to standard shipping only.
The US shipping rate and time only applies to 48 US continental states. Shipping to AK, HI or other US territories may require extra time and the estimated shipping rate may be adjusted. For international destinations, the estimated shipping rate may be adjusted, and customer is liable for customs duty and/or tax.
We use UPS, FedEx, or US postal service. In order to save time, products may be shipped directly from our supplier. Signature may be required at the time of delivery. Please plan accordingly.
We will notify you if there is any delay of your order.
We reserve the right not to ship products to certain areas/countries.
Product return
Returns may be accepted for products that are unopened, in original condition, and within 7 days after receipt, or within 14 days after we ship the products, which ever is earlier. There will be a 25% restocking charge. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping products back to us. No return on special ordered products will be accepted. There is no refund for shipping charges.
All returns must be pre-authorized and shipped within 7 days from authorization and reach us within 14 days from authorization. If you decide that you do not need the products after you order, please cancel as soon as possible.
Refund
Refund will usually be made by issuing a credit on your credit card, PayPal or Google Checkout account, within 5 business days after cancellation or receiving returned products. For non credit card purchases, refund will be issued by a check.
Responsibility
We do not take any responsibility as to the effectiveness or fitness of the products, as individual reactions to health products vary. Customers should contact the manufacture for such issues. We will provide proof that you purchased the products if requested.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible (within a week of shipment notification) regarding any suspected mail loss.
