I have difficulty using computer, how can I make an order?

You may send us an email with the products you want and your contact information, or simply call us. See contact page for our email and phone numbers.

Can I return the products after I receive them?

You may cancel your order before we ship them (penalty may apply for special ordered products). For regular orders, you may return within certain time after you receive the order and a restocking charge. Special orders may not be returned. Please see Terms and Conditions for details.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Google Checkout, money order and check payments.
If you pay by check, we will mail products to you after the check is cleared. There is a $30 charge per returned check.
Credit card payments are handled through PayPal or Google Checkout.
